Sometimes we all hit a brick wall. This week was that week for me. I've been trying to run my business, work, get more work, sell things I don't need, remodel my room and send one of my oldest and best friends off to college. Now I don't know about you, but I've been moments away from a mental breakdown for about a week. If you are in the same position, here are some words for you.
Take time for yourself.
Talk about your troubles with someone.
Accept that you can and will get past today.
Tomorrow will be better.
Listen to your favorite music (preferably uplifting).
Pray.
Go on a walk.
I hope your day is better than mine.
